This policy covers the We11cloud website (we11cloud.com). The video platform itself will have its own data processing terms when the beta opens.

What we collect

• Waitlist and contact forms: your name, work email, company and the answers you choose to give. We use them only to reply to you and to plan the beta.
• Spam protection: forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the browser without asking you to solve puzzles. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address for this check.
• Hosting logs: our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, time) for security and debugging.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Form submissions arrive as email in our team inbox. We delete them 24 months after our last conversation with you, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
